Place in the Woods Bed and Breakfast is situated in a woodland setting near the shores of Lake Simcoe where Cooks Bay meets Kempenfelt Bay, close to Big Bay Point Marina. We offer a comfortable, private setting in the woods. Our heritage is Native American and you will find that our home reflects our heritage. There are two guest bed rooms with two shared bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a jacuzzi bathtub. We will take guests' with pets as long as we have "prior notice" as there are pets in our home already. However there is a boarding kennel on 13th Line for your pets accomodations if necessary. Place in the Woods is open year round. Just minutes from Barrie, shopping, restaurants, the Barrie Molson Centre, Kempenfelt Centre MacLaren Art Gallery, and Georgian Downs. Beaches, marina's, golf, fishing are more nearby. Casino Rama, skiing and historical sites all within 1-2 hour drive.

Bed & Breakfast DirectionsTake 400 North to Barie. Exit at Molson Park Drive. Go East on Molson Park Dr. Past Hwy 11 or (Yonge St.), to 25th Sideroad. Turn North on 25th and then East on 13th Line. We are on the North side of the road.
