Hidden away in the heart of Algoma, Mountain View Bed and Breakfast is a perfect year round getaway retreat. It is an artist's and photographer's paradise! You can enjoy a quiet stay in a timber frame home overlooking beautiful Cumming Lake and Rock Candy Mountain in the Mississagi River Valley. Guests can stay in one of the four spacious bedrooms (one with ensuite), sit by the fireplace and enjoy homemade meals. Price includes an evening snack and full breakfast. Other meals are available upon request.
Mountain View Bed and Breakfast is located in a region where there are dozens of lakes, rivers, waterfalls, natural jacuzzis and mountains waiting to be explored. The area offers hiking, biking, bird watching, swimming, horseback riding, fishing, canoeing, rock climbing, golfing, snowmobile and cross-country ski trails. For those interested there is a private guest house available to rent. Yout hostess, Jane is a photographer who works professionally in the First Nation Communities along the North Shore - Manitoulin Island. There are no pets in our wheelchair accessible home and children are always welcome. Guests are asked to inquire about bringing their pets and there is No Smoking in the house.
