Head of the Lakes is in Haliburton Village overlooking Head Lake, with waterfront and private dock. A canoe and rowing boat are available for guests to use. Sunset views are spectacular. Guests have use of the top floor of the house, with three guest bedrooms and a guest lounge decorated in the four seasons of the Haliburton Highlands. Guest bedrooms have ceiling fans and comfy eiderdowns, the lounge has comfortable couch and chairs, TV,VCR, library, games and a fridge.
The house is close to shopping, School of the Arts, restaurants, parks, hiking, and cross country ski trails. Haliburton Forest, Algonquin Park, Stanhope Airport, dog sledding, and down hill skiing are within driving distance.
