CEDARHOLME Bed & Breakfast and Cottages is situated on the east shore of the beautiful Bruce Peninsula in Hope Bay, half way between Wiarton and Lion's Head. On the Bruce Trail and steps from Georgian Bay. Cedarholme is a stately 80 year old home with three, non-smoking guest rooms in the bed and breakfast as well as six, non-smoking housekeeping cottages. Amenities include WiFi access in both the house and cottages. Cell phone service with Rogers Network.
Our location is ideal for hikers of the Bruce Trail - hike from our front door north to Cape Dundas or south to Cape Crocker. We are located 10 minutes from Greig's Caves ( locale for the film "Quest for Fire" ).
We are 1/2 k. from the motorcyle touring route, and 10 miniute from the Mountailn Bike Park. (www.ridegreybruce.com). We offer a large parking area, indoor parking and wash area.

From CEDARHOLME, you are less than an hour from all area attractions whether it's north to Bruce Peninsula National Park (Cyprus Lake) and Tobermory or south to Sauble Beach.
We welcome families and small groups, and offer a variety of activites including volleyball, badminton, and horseshoes. Children will enjoy the large play area and the nearby Hope Bay sand beach.
Your stay in the Bed and Breakfast includes a full breakfast with seasonal fruit and homebaking served in our sunny dining room. We do accommodate special diets and provide packed lunches. Relax on our front porch and upper deck in the good weather or enjoy our living room, cozy den with a firepalce or upper lounge with guest refrigerator and desk area. We have satellite HD television if you need a "TV fix". All of our rooms are supplied with wine glasses, drinking glasses, alarms clocks, robes, and a full candy dish. Our home is air conditioned in the warmer months.
Our six cottages each sleep up to six people including children - there are two bedrooms and a futon in the sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils etc. As well, there are pillows, blankets and comforters - guests bring their own sheets and towels. Each cottage has a three piece bathroom, BBQ with gas, fire pit, and picnic tables - one on the deck and one on the lawn. Pets are welcome in the cottages (dogs must be on a lead at all times as per Ontario law).
No matter what you are interested in - hiking, biking, geology, orchids and ferns, birding, gardens, kayaking, the arts (the Bruce is a haven for potters, artists, and photographers with many studios, co-ops, and tours) or just relaxing, "there's something for everyone near CEDARHOLME Bed and Breakfast and Cottages".

Failure to meet these deadlines will result in the payment of one night's rent in the B&B or cottages booked by the day. For long term cottage rentals, the weekly deposit of $100.00 will be forfeited.
