Bed & Breakfast Description

Blacksmith House Bed and Breakfast is a circa 1895 Victorian home located in the picturesque village of Creemore. According to Harrowsmith Country Life magazine, "Creemore is one of the ten prettiest towns in Canada". Our charming village with its tree-lined streets and historic homes and businesses is nestled in the valley of the Mad and Noisy Rivers and is located just south of Collingwood. At Blacksmith House we offer quiet relaxation with individual attention and warm hospitality. Our three guest rooms are attractively presented and delightfully furnished to very high standards. Our comfortable pine beds feature goose down duvets and soft sheets to provide welcome relief to you after a long day of travel or sightseeing. Each morning, a delicious and varied cooked breakfast awaits our guests.

With the Niagara Escarpment on our doorstep, the outdoor enthusiast, no matter what season, is spoiled for choice when it comes to enjoying a day in the country. Georgian Bay, Collingwood and Wasaga Beach are all nearby and offer hiking, cycling, golfing and sandy beaches in the summer as well as cross-country and downhill skiing in the winter. We look forward to hearing from you and would be pleased to answer any questions that you might have. We should mention that we can only accommodate Non smokers and we are sorry to say that our home is not suitable for children or pets.
