Adleigh House is an elegant, air-conditioned Century home built in 1880 that provides a warm, friendly atmosphere for your comfort. Our location, just steps from Orillia's beautiful waterfront, downtown shops and restaurants, offers the ultimate in convenience to our guests. The three large, comfortable guest rooms each have a king size bed (can convert to 2 twin beds), television and a lounge area.
Adleigh House guests are also welcome to relax by the original fireplaces in the parlour and the library or on the outside back deck and garden oasis. Each morning guests chat while enjoying a candlelit gourmet breakfast in the dining room.

Bed & Breakfast DirectionsFrom Highway 11, take the Coldwater cutoff (exit #133). Drive east on Coldwater to the 5th traffic light. This is Peter Street. Turn left. Drive 3 blocks to the flashing red light. 149 Peter Street N. is the driveway on your left just before the red light. Parking is available at the rear of the house.
