FOBBA is the professional association representing the Bed & Breakfast industry throughout Ontario. Members adhere to high and consistent standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality.

FOBBA was formed in 1987 and has grown to approximately 265 individual and association members. Members are governed and regulated according to a Standards and Code of Ethics. Each facility is inspected prior to acceptance and re-inspected on a periodic basis.

FOBBA is the single voice that speaks for the bed and breakfast industry with the Provincial government. FOBBA has successfully worked with the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of the Environment and other government agencies on a number of initiatives. The Federation distributes an annual printed guide listing all member bed and breakfasts in Ontario. To receive a copy, click here. The Executive of FOBBA, made up of dedicated owners, represents the diverse components of the industry in Ontario, establishes self-regulating guidelines and educational material and represents the industry to the Ministry of Tourism. FOBBA is your bed and breakfast professional organization.
